just thought i'd share with anyone that is interested .............
I LOST ANOTHER CENTIMETRE FROM MY BUM !!!!
wooohoooo !! 4cm. Doing lots of weighted floor exercises and romanian deadlifts. Now, if my diet was 100% instead of 85-90% who knows what could happen. My kids are on school term holidays and there's just more snacking food floating around. Temptation = loss of willpower .... bring on school term!!

    I've been following your progress and think you're doing awesome. I was all ready to get back on track with my eating/exercise but I've been sick with a cold in addition to it being school hols. Keep up the great work. You'll be looking and feeling amazing come Summer.

  3. I have just stumbled across your blog. I need some motivation so thought I would follow along with your journey. You do look very fit and fantastic, well done!

    I am 48, and have lost 7kg since the beginning of the year, however a shoulder injury has slowed my exercise right down. I have been successful in maintaining my weight but still need to lose around 5kg and tone all the floppy bits lol!

  4. Congrats on losing!!! I getcha about the snacking. I've given myself a 3 week challenge to not snack on weekends. I'm detoxing my body from the curse of weekend snacking!
